General Secretary provides the operation of units in relation to the Rules, Regulations and By-laws. It also provides the smooth running of Administrative Services according to the Rector’s instructions and the university regulations and supervises execution out of these services effectively.
The units under the responsibility of the General Secretary are General Secretary may differ depending on the University Organization Scheme. The following units are still under General Secretary:
